Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written notification to our copyright agent containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local court
Response Time
We will respond to all DMCA takedown requests within 24-48 hours. Valid requests will result in immediate removal of the allegedly infringing content.
